I see 17057253. That makes it a 77 Olds Qjet, your motor is 77 to 80, makes sense.
I found these numbers on top of the carb. 17053731. Carb is not adjusting with adjusting screws. May need a rebuild kit or just buy a new one...

Good question, was any standard available with the Olds 350 in 77?Would the final number being odd (3) still indicate that it was originally on a manual transmission car?
