I was pulling a set of front calipers and spindles today at the local junk yard. And I was thinking. The front shocks from the 2000 chevrolet blazer look like they can fit and work on the g-body. Does anyone know if they fit. Cause the owner of this blazer had bought the shocks in December of last year. And there bilstiens. . . This weekend the junk yard is half of. So I would be paying like 40 bucks or less for all 4 or maybe just the fronts..
So does anyone know if they fit. Or has them on their car. Thanks for the heads up...

then just look up the shock for your car and the Blazer then the part numbers will tell you if they are the same..or you'll find out the specs for the collapsed shock and extended of each shock

Yea that's what I was thinkn..

I know the s10/blazer shocks do fit, but i'm not sure of the length compared to the g body ones. I want to say the s10/blazer ones are shorter, but I don't know that for a fact. They also seem to have a thicker body than g body replacement ones. The rear ones are completely different and won't fit.
