UPPER Radiator hose strap

1238958 is the GM part number for that strap if anyone needs it. Rare as hen's teeth to find new.

And DO NOT trust the supersession book. It says the new number is 3816659 and that strap looks NOTHING like the hose strap you seek.
 
Should be a fairly simple piece to make. Find a piece of flexible plastic, cut it to length/width, put the two ends together and drill a hole, and find a plastic clip to attach it to the shroud.

Still I'm all for zip ties.

Still GOOD and holding fine. Just had a NEW Master Cylinder put in it this past Saturday. Original finally started leaking by the booster. Caught it in time before it did any damage to booster. Was $248.00 including labor. 🙂

maybe... but I don't own any cell phones. Do not want anyone tracking me or knowing my business, and besides the brain cancers they cause.
