Wow. Just...wow.

Got me some NOS parts in the mail coming....maybe. Using the tracking info, it appears it got stuck in Michigan after it left the sender's post office. So last Thursday, after it said it should have been delivered a week before that, I opened up a "Where TF is my package?" case.

USPS and their Megaminds running the operation sent an email saying they were on it....

Now....read this "situation resolved" email which I just got yesterday, then look at the tracking info below it, which has been this way since... wait for it... July 21, btw. As they say in meme-land.....you'll sh*t bricks when you see it.

Sigh.... Yup, they suck. And it will get worse now that the new Postmaster General is commited to defunding and ruining them for good. But even in better times managers play a game of musical chairs where they try and send the work to another facility that " has no work". They all want to avoid paying overtime to work the mail and delaying it is not a concern. So your stuff may sit in a PostCon in a truck marking time while they play their games. I've seen my stuff bounce between five MSC's for days when I could have had it the first day. Bang head here >>>>>>> X

Local postmaster is a piece of $hit. Service has plummeted since he took it very about 8 years ago. Any complaint case I start immediately gets "resolved" by him sending me a reply email saying I'll get my packages sometime...

They lost an intake manifold I had mailed out. Double thick corrugated box. Gone without a trace for weeks. I refunded the customer and Showed up on his door, box destroyed, a month after it was supposed to be delivered. I even instructed the usps to delivery it back to me if it turned up. They didn’t. Tracking was never updated either to show it was found, thankfully the customer was honest.

The others suck too. Last week FedUp delivered my parts to my neighbor next street over. FedUp called after I lodged a complaint but as soon as I let them know the neighbor brought me my stuff all interest ended. No attempt to solve the actual problem.
