I wouldn't do anything until you put those 18's on it.

Between those and a set of KYB Gsas-A-Just's or Bilstein's

I think you will be fine.

You keep focusing on coil overs . Why???

Because it sounds cool?

Once the tires and shocks are replaced then move to the sway bars.

The difference in ride between standard springs and good shocks, versus the RideTech coilovers is amazing. Softer ride but handles better. But it all comes at a price.... My ride is softer now with 18's and the coilovers, versus when I had 16", lowering springs, and KYB shocks.

IMO, keep the springs somewhat soft, put the biggest anti-sway bars you can find on, and get the best shocks you can afford.

Small spring, big bar.

Big spring, small bar.

Big spring, big bar.

Those are the usual combos for some semblance of performance. The stock F41 suspension was big spring, big bar by 1980s standards... but would be at best a medium combo by today's standard. Controlling your rebound and compression rates (and thereforee comfort) is all done in the shocks - so as mentioned above buy ones you can tune to taste.
