I have a 1984 Monte Carlo and I have a leak issue....Every time it rains pretty good I end up with a puddle on the driver's side floor board..... I already replaced the inner/outer window felts ( Cuz the old ones were shot) and new roof rail weatherstripping............Any ideas as to where it's coming in from?

You'll have to inspect it closer bro. You already changed the known areas.......... it might be a small hole somewhere.

I know my car leaks from the seam on the firewall resulting in a puddle on the floor everytime it rained. It had to sit outside last summer while I was doing some rust repair and body work on my jeep, this years its finally the regals turn. everythings been out except the dash so I could see the lines where the water ran down the inside of the firewall. After a good look at it I saw a seam covered in seam sealer that was cracking and falling off, I need to finish scraping and probably wire wheel the seam and put on some fresh sealer then give it the hose test before my interior goes back together this year.

does it get wet when it's stationary or after you drive the car in the rain
when it is stationary....... 😢

had the same problem. Mine was leaking from the firewall seam. u need to take out the inner fender well clean up the seam real good and put some new seam sealer and let it dry. Then throw some water on it and keep checking it. I took my dash out so it was easier to see where the leak was coming from

I was afraid of that .....But I gues it could always be worse...I'll try removing the inner fender well before the dash, that's for sure. T-Top Tone, BTW, I love your interior 😀

Probably the windshield. Remove the reveal molding and clean out the crud. Then soap up the outside seams and blow air at the inside of the glass. Any leaks will show up as bubbles. I was blown away how many leaks mine had.
