Rotella T 10W 30 is becoming hard to find in some places. I live in Calgary and it is hard to find in large stores.
By "new engine", I was referring to rebuilt "old engines"...lol ... guess I shoulda been a little clearer on this.... 😀bill said:What about a new engine? Ive heard tell that using synthetic oils in new engines can create ring sealing issues... opinions?

So am I but in my dads case, i dont think i have ever seen him change the oil in his 94 caravan...as a matter of fact he tops it off with all of my old oil. and hes pushing 350k.. and it still runs like a champ...the dam computer went out before he ever had any kind of motor problem. the besides it burning a little oil, power steering pump going out hes never touched it the dam engine or transmission fluid for that matter... i dont think i could ever bring my self to do that..
The Brad Penn is good oil if you can get it and I would recommend the Lucas additive for most of the engines in these carsjdracer13 said:Brad Penn with Lucas additive
