What did you buy for your G-body today? [2024]

I snagged some bucket seatbelt receptacles for my year Cutlass and a pair of dash filler panels.

Any guesses what this early birthday present is, aside from "made in 1978"?

It's a NACA duct from LearJet, a pair actually. We're just fantasizing here, letting thoughts flow. So many thoughts.

The new bumper arrived today, overall great rust free condition. The chrome has some issues, mostly along the top that would see the sun all the time while sitting out in the elements. Also has a really worn section where somebody sanded a sticker off the bumper. A little disappointed but I’ll polish it and get as much shine as I can get out of it.

These exhaust hangers made by RegalX78 showed up in the mail today. They look great and will look even better once they're installed. The build quality is very nice: you can tell they were laser/plasma cut and the TIG welds are much nicer than the MIG ones I'm capable of. I'll be powder coating them black.

Thank you sir!

Comprised of 304 Stainless, they're the same material as one of the exhaust systems I'm building and should last quite a long time. I can't decide if I should coat them in black or just stick with clear and show them off...

Thank you sir!
Where do they go?

Bought a little 110v inverter cube off ebay and fixed my dash plaque after around 6 years of being broken.

At first it was like this, but I gently put a razor blade under the black plastic I between the trim and lifted the lighted panel upwards back in place.
