Three weekends working on the passenger side floor and the pan is finally in. It's far from done, there's still welding and all the braces, seat mounts and one more patch on the firewall where I found yet another small rust spot on the pinchweld lip but it feels like progress!

Over the weekend I messed around with the third brake lights I bought to install the LED boards I bought, I think its going to take a little more work than I had originally thought. Seems like the one has the bulb stuck in the housing and is slightly bent, so I am hoping that doesn't end up breaking while trying to get it right.

Found a mirror with a light out of a newer car to put in the Monte since mine doesn’t have one on the passenger side.. I’ll retrofit it later when I reupholster the visor..

Bought this from a guy locally for $15 to throw under the hood. Ill find a switch to put inside the glove box to turn it off and on beside the trunk pop. I also need to buy an LED bulb for it.

It has a switch built into it.

What do these lights come out of?

Lol, I meant that I’d be making a switch in the glove box for another accessory but became a victim of talking and posting at the same time.

80s and 90s Chevrolet trucks, suburbans, etc. Ridiculously long wire on them and with an LED it’s going to be perfect.

...and tracking down exactly what these hoses and wires go to. I think it goes to a cruise control module so maybe a vacuum source. The green and black wires, I have no idea.
