What did you do to your non g-body project today [2025 edition]

Ospho'd, primed, painted rusty areas. Whole thing will be undercoated before it goes on.
Also, no wheel arch rust. Wheel wells solid too.
Yes edges are a lil crispy and folded like a good potato chip, but that's entirely fixable.

I would highly recommend not using any kind of rubberized coating. Having done this quite a few times, I would use a paint, I’ve used POR15 and rust bullet but regular Brush-On Rustoleum works just fine and is easy to touch up. Then once it’s on the truck, Fluid Film it.

I used rustoleum brush on paint on the regal frame and it turned out ok. But that was down to smooth bare metal. I'll probably leave the bed as is then. Frame will probably just get spray bombed after ospho.

Bed off, fence bent, frame osphod (after pics).

Found the only rot through. Probably gonna patch it from the back patch the bed mount on the top and call it good. It doesn't have to be pretty, it just has to last until the engine or trans gives out then it'll probably go bye bye.
