as the title says

what kind of motor ?!

SCAT products. good parts at a very reasonable price. i agree with the previous post... eagle does not make a product worth all the hype let alone the big $$$$ whatever brand you choose, obviously choose forged parts b/c with 700+ horse you will be stapping a cast crank in no time..

i have purchased many scat combos through a company northern auto.
http://www.northernautoparts.com/ you will be steered in the right direction if you call them... (the website is a bit difficult to use in comparison to summit or jegs.) they have great customer service and they are open weekend afternoons which is a big plus too.

in my 496 bbc i had northern put together a rotating assembly, im currently using a SCAT forged stroker crank and a set of SCAT forged H beam rods with SRP small dome forged pistons (yield a 10.5-1 compression ratio) its an aluminum headed complete roller motor making well over 700 hp on pump gas. the rotating assembly ran me roughly 1300.00 w/out rings and bearings. if money is no issue- check out the more popular CROWER enduro cranks right in summitracing.com, or less popular HOWARDS track smart rotating assemblies @ http://www.howardscams.com/ my father has been using this company for years and years now and never had a problem. ( i actually have some nice HOWARD bbc rods for sale if you're interested pm me. ) good luck with whatever direction you go
