What radiators are you using?

you're gonna have issues making that 33" wide radiator fit...
My friend is using one, and after seeing the quality of his, it made be decide against it and get the Champion

Look at this Griffin Radiator over the one you picked out. I have this one is my Monte and it fits good, Sits a little low but I made a custom bracket out of aluminum channel.

I ran a universal Griffin radiator in my last Malibu. It was the 31x19. No major modifications to make it work. No quality issues at all. Cost me 179. Only reason I don't have it is because of a short departure in to V8 S10's instead of G-Body's.
Now I have a triple pass Summit Racing radiator. Same size 31x19, although this one was a tad tall. It still fit though. Think I paid the same 179 on sale. Again no quality issues. Happy with either one especially given the cost.

Do you have a part #?

Thanks again all for your input it is very much appreciated

If you go to the dirt track section you can find radiators pretty cheap 179-200 bucks for a 2 core (1" tubes) that will fit, I don't remember the brand of mine but I ran an external cooler for the transmission and then fabbed a piece of aluminum with 2 fans, relays and wiring, works pretty good. I have a 160 thermostat and I don't think I've ever seen it over 180 in traffic on a hot day.

I have an All Star rad. We use them in the race cars and never had a problem with them but they are only used once a week for a few hours during the summer. Mine however has developed a leak on both sides when the side tanks are joined and I have only had 3 summers on it so I'd stay away from that brand.

THe combination many in the turbo buick people run with big front mount intercoolers is an f body rad and dual fan from a dodge I sell booth of them and would cost under $300.00 but you do have to create a wiring harness for it CAsper Electric
used to sell one. You can buy these parts locally from any LKQ /Keystone store.

Part # radiator RAD2353
