What's in your stash (of car parts)?

Some how I've accumulated six Saginaw 4 speeds. I thought I might need a spare but never had a problem with the one in the car.😎
That's just good planning... nothing wrong with that 😊

A bunch of Oldsmobile stuff: 2 gas 350 short blocks, 400 G pistons with rods, a TH350 and TH400 core, a narrowed 9" housing, an open 3.23 center for it, fans, lots of fans, alternators, starters, w/z manifolds, an entire 66 f85 4 speed, etc. Let's just say too much sh*t!

too much crap that should've been thrown out in the first place: old window motors, wiring harnesses, glass that I won't use now that I've gone hardtop on the GP, and a 3800 v6 from my w-body regal project a couple years ago.....

the useful stuff? couple regal/cutlass doors, few sets of wheels, couple 700r4's that I thought I may have rebuilt poorly(long story-turned out to be faulty linkage) that may actually be good. a WC T-5....

oh, and a Frankenstein '64 327 with forged 68 gmc crank/.040" forged flat tops/ 99 vortec heads/268 energy cam.......

it's lame by comparison on here but i have collected and hung on to few of those insulated terminal blocks that GM use to have on firewalls.i put a few under dash of my car but the others have been sitting in my box.i even pulled one out of a c4 @the junk yard.i don't know why i keep them.if anyone can use one let me know I'll send it your way

FML. Where to start?

TBSS: a BNIB Delco PS pump has been on the shelf for 7 years. Because it has special valving and are supposed to fail. Any day now. All the stock intake parts. Factory taillights and head lights. A custom catless 3" y-pipe for stock manifold. 3 sets of wheels including a barely used drag pack. And a lot of spare Procharger parts.

Colorado: two factory throttle bodies (one is original and one a result of a warranty issue), and an upper intake manifold I've been meaning to port for 3 years. Stock intake parts. A set of black centre caps.

Monte: Everything. Seriously it has become what the was a few years ago - a warehouse worth of LS-swap parts. Doors, fenders, lights, harnesses, sway bars, etc. My favourite item is a set of manual transmission pedals.

Wagon: Not that much... a few stock parts I took off and some AC components. Oh and a shed full of doors and an entire front clip.

Then there are all the parts I am squirrelling away to build Natasha's twin turbo LS 3rd Gen Camaro. We just need to find the right car now.

Cats, mufflers, exhaust systems, engines, transmissions, springs, shocks, fuel pumps, injectors, intakes, wiring, fans, rads, hoses, fittings, and so on.

I hate myself now.

LOL
complete stock rebuilt 70's smogger sbc 350 long block decked with 1.94 heads ( friend rebuilt it in '92 or so... we always wanted to grenade it with much nitrous on a tuff truck ). A complete 70's 360, complete early 70's 440, 2x 727 trans 2x transfer cases ( because 1978 powerwagon ) , Volvo 2.3 /aq131 complete ( because boat ), and a 4x4x3 plastic bin of spare everything else

I have:
- 7 total bellhousings for 78-80 A/G bodies - 3 with BOP pattern and 4 with Chevy, 2 sets of clutch pedal assemblies, plus 1 from a 1976 Cutlass S that had a 5-speed.
- 2 manual trans steering columns - 1 non-tilt with key, 1 tilt that needs to be rebuilt
- 6 1978 Cutlass tail light assemblies- think 4 drivers side and 2 passenger.
- 9 extra 1978 Cutlass tail light bezels total
- front and rear windshield trim
- 6 carbs from different years including 2 from manual trans Cutlass applications
- 4 intake manifolds
- most of the Dark Claret interior from a 1987 Cutlass Supreme minus the front/rear seats and dash
- a KZF code 200R4 with D5 converter out of a 1987 442
- 4 header complete header panels- 1 1979 Cutlass Calais, 1 1979 Cutlass Supreme, 1 1978 Cutlass Salon, 1 1978 olds 442
- fenders, wheels, a hood, trunk lid
- plus many extra small parts
I've owned my 1979 Hurst/Olds for 22 years. I've also had a few manual transmission Cutlasses recently and have collected quite a few parts along the way.
I just bought my first non-Cutlass collector car - a 1978 Delta 88 Holiday coupe and am considering selling most of what I have, maybe after the first of the year. The Cutlass parts won't do me much good in the Delta 88.

I cannot even begin to start...I got so much crap in boxes, 95% of it NOS for G-body Cutlass.

Basically, I have damn near a complete NOS 1985 442 in GM boxes. And a whole lot of extra parts from there. I'd go into the dealership and order up about 3 or 4 sets of weatherstripping, various emblems, decals, etc. Just because I knew one day this crap would be tough as hell to find.

Probably the weirdest parts are a set of brand new in the box, Chevelle Hooker BBC headers with the silver/chrome heat coating on them. I bought them from JC Whitney years ago. They had a blowout sale on them with a coupon or some crap. Paid like $179 for them after it was all done and shipped. To this day, I have no idea why I bought them.
