Wheel Fitment Guide

anyone know the widest wheel/tire combo that can be put on an 84 Monte SS? i want to give it a nice muscle car stance/look love the wide tired in the back but i dont want any rubbing issues thanks!

I would think 10" wide wheels w/3.5" - 4.5" backspacing, and a 275 or 295 series tire.
 
Hey people, I need some help. I have some 16x8 wheels with 4.5" backspacing. The thing is the rear wheels hits the inner fender. Looks like I will be needing spacers?

Don't mean to be a prick but if you searched through this thread you would almost definitely find your answer. I imagine it's no different than any other wheel which is around a 275mm wide tire depending on backspacing and the particular clearance you personally have. I hear a 255mm is a safe bet.

went through it already nothing on them really just backspacing but thanks

Front: 225/50/18/ Rear: 255/88/18

Old setup is currently:
235/60/15
285/60/15
