Can anyone shed a little light on the center seam In the Olds Ralleye wheels. There seems to be a silicone type sealer inside the wheel and about a year or two after painting they seem to develop rust in that area . Any tricks to fixing this?

It is a huge decision for sure. For me it was an easy one though as I always liked the rally wheels. You can change the center caps for a whole new look. Repaint the rims a different color for yet another look.
I agree. I fought with myself for a long time over what to get. Between style, color, size and price. It's a big decision to make...
Wheels are such a huge decision to make! Just like Streetbu, I spent a loooooong time going over different styles, colors, etc. I wanted to keep a retro-ish look to the Cutlass, but modern sizing. I think I nailed the look I was going for!
I want to keep the period look with mine, but want to put bigger rubber on. Found these. They cost a small fortune, but really nail the period-correct look:
