Wheels..... can make it or beak it!

Can anyone shed a little light on the center seam In the Olds Ralleye wheels. There seems to be a silicone type sealer inside the wheel and about a year or two after painting they seem to develop rust in that area . Any tricks to fixing this?
 
It is a huge decision for sure. For me it was an easy one though as I always liked the rally wheels. You can change the center caps for a whole new look. Repaint the rims a different color for yet another look.
 
I agree. I fought with myself for a long time over what to get. Between style, color, size and price. It's a big decision to make...
