Where to find a g body

I've got a clean, solid, un-molested 1983 Cutlass Supreme that I just don't have the time to build the way i had planned when i bought it in 2015. It's a southern car, spent it's first 33 years in Tennessee, lots of documentation that tell it's history. The only negative thing about the car is in 2011 it looks like someone bumped the drivers side rear bumper, just fast enough to break the taillight and cause some denting in the quarter panel. Wouldn't have taken much to repair it properly but it appears that whoever owned it at the time either didn't have insurance or didn't want to file a claim so they took it to a shop or person who did a horrible job and just used body filler and then did a quick respray, looks like they decided to refinish the trunk lid at the same time to match because that now has rust bubbling under the paint along the bottom edge and over the license plate area. Other than that there isn't a spot of rust, rot, or damage to the car. It's got the factory original Buick 3.8L V6, and around 84,000 original miles. Im in the Metro Detroit area and asking $3500 or best if youre interested

U may be right but clearly our ideas of rust are 2 totally different ideas when I think rust I think of some of the cars people are asking 2500 for an they have to say has rust an find out it’s rotted out rust not just surface rust that will be gone with some 220
