what is the 307 maxim amount of horsepower can the 307 have i mean that is if i go all out on it.

I'm not really sure what you mean by all out. If you are talking extensive head work and cam and Pistons I'm guessing you might be able to get 350hp out of it. It would be expensive horsepower though. If you want big power you should do a engine swap. That 307 just isn't made for easy bolt on horsepower like some others are. That's just my opinion.
Very rare and finding parts would be tough. Nothing from the 64 and up olds engines will fit.
