you buy the jeep shaft off of many people here on the forum. i found my slop is still in my steering box and that will be next on the replace list but the shaft is a good fit and i like how it operates.

Don't know what direction you might go with your box (maybe chrome) but I have the same issue and since your going to replace the box anyways you should upgrade with a MCSS box its 2.5 turns instead of 3.?..I been looking all over the place for the best price and just as an FYI autozone sells them for cheaper than a stock replacement and cheaper than everyone else and charges less for the core as well..

but the thing is you have to order it, it's part number 6561 I Just bought mine for 116.99 + 19 core and total was 147 with lifetime warranty, I'm going to try and return my stock box as a core and see if they will take it and keep you posted if your interested, its suppose to get to the store wed.

I would go with the mc ss box and probably chrome it but my question is the pitman arm I think you need the mcss arm...and on the core that would be sweet if we could do that keep me posted fan is in and now I am thinking about making a clear window in the shroud so you can see the fan......
