Why is the picture in my sig soo big now????

Changed it one day but within a matter of minutes I changed it back to the same pic and for some reason it's HUGE now. I cannot seem to make it smaller again.
Any suggestions???

No but I did stay at a Holliday Inn Express one time.

I just opened it in paint and resized it and saved it
