will my altinater switch over?

Not even sure you'll need a different pulley, but I don't know a ton about the bracket setup for v-belts between SBC/Olds motors. The steering pumps are pretty much the same for most cars of the era, but some use different fittings and/or pulleys depending on year or engine application.

So wil My power sterring pump switch over aswell and will the brackets work from the 260 v8 olds on 350 sbc? I just need to get different pully correct??

You need the SBC brackets, the olds setup is different, and be sure to match your pulleys and brackets, in other words get them all from One vehicle.
