My front wheels are 205/70/15 backspace is 4 inch. Basically I'm trying to price together a full set off swap meet and Craigslist wheels

Okay, I'll ask the dumb question here....
What the hell does "triple reverse" mean?

I was wondering the same thing, I would like to see a picture of what a triple reverse rim looks like.

I googled triple reverse wheel & it it basically looks like the majority of the wheel offset is on the outside of the wheel. I would say he'll possibly have to put air shocks on the rear to raise it where they won't get into the 1/4 panels & inner fenders.

Us old folks used to call them deep dish wheels.

From what I can tell looking around the internet is it would be "triple/reverse" with two separate meanings, as Crager apparently used to make a triple bolt pattern (must be unilug) with a reverse offset wheels so this is my best guess.
It does sound like the rims would have so little backspace that they would stick out of the wheelwells.

These are a cragar reverse wheel 15 x 8 with I believe a 3 1/2 or 3" back space.

The lip of the malibu is rolled, but these wheels were on a cutlass with stock quarters running a 295 50 15 with no rub issues. Maybe that'll help?
