Wilwood offers a 4-piston caliper, 12.19 inch rotor diameter big brake kit for G-bodies. The Wildwood part number is 140-12297.
They state that it MIGHT fit the stock 15 inch wheels.
Question: has anyone installed this brake kit on a 1983-1987 Hurst/Olds or 442 with the factory Super Stock wheels? Did the brakes clear the wheels, with no spacers nor modifications?
They include a drawing for clearances (see attached). I will attempt to fashion a cardboard or wooden "go/no-go" gauge from the drawing, to see if it will fit.
But I wanted to see if anyone had first hand experience with this.
