I don't think it's the hose that's the problem I blew air in it with no problem

What about the cap or the little strainer?

what about checking the electrical connections, specifically the ground for the pump

The cap do have cracks in it
And I'm going to clean the ground up

If the cap is cracked it may be losing suction.

Okay I ran vinegar In the washer and sprayed my windshield washer motor with grease and replace use the WIndsheild washer replacement kit and now a little bit more water is coming out the windshield washer ? What might also be why I'm not getting the full effect of the washer ?
Also I clean the ground up do y'all think I should run more vinegar ?

I changed my pump to a universal electric washer pump for about $15 that I mounted near the bottom of my stock reservoir and gutted the factory pump but left a fake hose on the cap to keep it stock looking, works instantly and no pulsing like the factory.

I installed that a few years ago I bought the pump from my local Autozone and it looks similar to the one I posted.
The wiring I just spliced into the original harness.
