Windshield wipers wont turn off.

Yeah they wont turn off they go from high to low, but wont shut off.

I have to keep them unplugged until it starts raining then plug them in.

Any ideas on whats wrong?

sounds to me like you need a new switch

Try hooking up a ground wire from the battier to the wiper motor, if that works Check the ground on the bottom of the wiper motor/mount bolt.

X2 it sounds like a bad ground or switch
