Wiring help!!!

Put a '85 Monte Carlo engine into a '81 Buick Regal.

Got the oil pressure connector hooked up with the 3rd wire dangling. I'm pretty sure it goes to the side of the Carb, not sure.

Got the coolant temp wire with the wrong end, going to change it today.

Long story short I have this last wire I have no idea where it goes. Pictures below.

hard to tell wit no picture and no color of the wires, does that 3rd wire have power when you have the key in run?

Yup ECM and harness out of the Buick
