What's wrong with original distributor that made you change to HEI? You may want to reconsider that option. Also, you say there is spark to plugs and fuel to pistons, how have you verify both? I can't understand why you don't at least have a misfire or backfire? Is there a ballast resister somewhere in the ignition circuit?
