Hey Ben , just another option for you if you have any woodworking skills/equipment.
Cut thin rectangular strips of real hardwood with beveled edges, stain , clearcoat & attach with 3-m autobody tape. If you were really ambitious, there are sheets of real veneer that could be glued on or even come as a stick on.
