I got an '87 Regal with a Buick 455 & a 400TH, air box and all.
The 350 Buick 350 fits, it even sits on the 3.8 mounts, its only like 40lbs heavier. I am in the process of adding one to an '83 Regal I have. I'll snap some pics when it warms up, and I get a little further.
All the brackes and stuff fit from the 3.8 as well.

Call me crazy.. but I'm putting a BBC block in the regal..

check your transmission to see if it is chev only or dual chev/BOP pattern I assume it is a th350 and probably won't, unless you have an overdrive then you probably will have dual pattern - and yes I think you are crazy putting a BBC in a Regal.

I'm just bringing this up to remind everyone that the answer is YES!

It is a super easy swap from the 3.8 V6 and fits nicely under hood.
