Would this be a good trade?

I saw the car today, There was only a small rust spot under the wheel well, Thing ran like a champ and sounded amazing, Brand new dual flows no smoke, The engine was 10 times nicer than pictures.
The only problem is the guy he bought it from was making this into a race car, so as you know he took almost everything out of the bay and just kept it straight engine, But he has all the missing pieces in the trunk if I wanted them or wanted to put them back on (which of course I would).
So now I would love to hear everyone take on the missing parts of the engine bay, I hope you all know what I mean which I am sure you all do cause I know there are some racers on here.

body needs a little work, looks better in pics than it actually is, but interior is nice besides hole in drivers seat, and motor looks and runs good but plauges me with small oil leaks and trans leaks fluid even after trying to plug the leak.

Brake something but he put the brake booster back in, Windshield wipers and motor I think.
I think that might be it I am not to sure though.

Yeah I know what you mean, I have a leak but no oil or trans leak my only problem in the power steering is leaking bad, also my brake line is leaking so I have to fix those cause there getting on my nerves and make a nasty mess/stain on the driveway haha.
So wipers and wiper motor, and the AC was ripped out. Doesn't seem too bad to me. Wipers and wiper motor are easy to put back in, provided nothing broke while removing. If nothing is leaking, and brakes work good, ask him to put the wipers and motor back in, I'd go for the trade.David Williamson said:

the heat works, I felt that when i got in he had to turn them off cause it was getting hot quick so I assumed they worked.
But I will talk to the man a little more.
I want to do it then a part of me want's to back out, Like I have so much into this car and have put everything in me into this car.
But it still needs work and I don't want to mess with it and I cant afford it.
Its a predicament that's weighing on my heart and mind.
