First I will start by saying, I love your car. Nice and clean! And btw, I'm a high school student, so not all of us are hating on g-bodies.

Ricer's are plentiful, especially with teens w/fresh licenses. Cheap and PLENTIFUL. My car is seen as a grandma car. On the same note my friends purple 84 elco with dual exhaust must be fast cause it looks/sounds cool. Funny that they're both ~=...
I love my grandma car, as my long time friend, turned honda guy noticed last night when we went for a ride. Not once did I even go WOT and he (and I quote) "had to lean forwards". He felt a 307 was pushing him into the seat! And he hangs out with kids with FAST honda's. From 14's all the way to 11's. And I'll bet most are BULLSHIT!

I'll take my slow *ss grandma car, that can actually drift and take corners with it's f41 suspension and rwd vs any foreign small fwd 4 banger.
Also, from an "e-break drifter" he notices what I mean about how fun sideways is with RWD and POWERING THROUGH instead of going fast into the slide. Can't take off sideways in a honda.

Just can't wait to get the 403 in. Then he's coming for a ride.

My '80 Cutlass Supreme is a total grandma car in every sense of the word... My dad bought it from a little old lady who bought it brand new, and he's done the repair work for her since '83 (right after the waranty ran up)... It's got 69K on the little 260, white, burgandy/maroon interior w/ 60/40 bench... And it's got all the fancy sh*t... But I'll tell ya what, around here I can count the times it's been called a granny car on one hand... and I can't even begin to count how many people have seriously wanted to buy it.. I love my baby and wouldn't trade her for anything... me and the ol' gal are inseparable.

And as far as ricers go... the kids with trashed out hondas are dueche bags... But I can respect the guys with built Z Cars, Supras, Mazdas, Infinitys, Mitsus, and Eagles... And the occasional nicely done honda (I'd kill for a clean S2000)... Infact as I'd love a 280z or a Mark I or II Supra... Or a maybe 3000gt or Dodge Stealth...

Hell all my freinds love my Cutlass, but none of them understand my '22 Dodge Touring... (w/ 223 Ford 6, 2x1 with Holley 1904 Glass Bowl carbs, split header, and possibly a small turbo set up, 4spd, '52 Olds rear, drum brakes, dropped 30's Plymouth tube axle, hydrualic lever shocks, leaf springs, '36 Olds artillery wheels, '28 Poncho grille shell, '47 Plymouth dash and gauges, and one of these days a glossy british racing green paint job, black leather covered bench seat, and a black top, and minimal chrome)
