If you are using an OD transmission, go nothing worse than a 3.23. You'll do just fine and still be able to have a bit of fun. 3.42 MAYBE, but depends on your mode you'll be in most of the time. If you're going to only occasionally have fun and mostly drive on the highway, then 3.23 is perfect for that, IMO. The deeper transmission 1st gear might even help add to the fun factor. Plus, the 3.23s are almost right in the middle of 3.08 and 3.42. And it won't totally destroy gas mileage when you want that. If you're going to do a lot of stomp and go's, then by all means, 3.42 or 3.55 or something like that. That way, the OD trans won't hate you on the highway as it would with 3.73, 3.91 or 4.10. Especially if you're still running a lockup.

But that's simply what I would do. You do you. And once you choose, don't look back. Be bold. Carry on. :)
