Wiper Motor question

Thanks for the diagram! I think im gonna hook a jumper wire up the the motor and ground it at the frame to check the ground. I have a feeling it may be what Bonnewagon said. I dont recall seeing anything near the mount holes for a ground so I will try that tomarow.
