Had an 81 Bonneville Safari wagon on, 307 Olds power, yadda, yada, yada... Most importantly: the rear door windows were halfway down! I knew it could be done!
Nope, the one they showed was definitely GThose were still a B-body that year.
My point was that somebody at GM made the rear windows go at least halfway down. That's huge for us crew cab nerds! The '81 Safari wagons would of been a LeMans. '82 was the first year of the G-body Bonnevilles (US market.) Maybe someone goofed on the car details, it's not like the producers ever get stuff wrong.
I think he rode off into the sunset on his new fancy dancy dirtbike!Speaking of which, where the hell did Turbolq4 go?
Has anyone ever tried Cadillac Seville rear window setup in a GBody?
If you look at the shape of the door. It looks like more like it will accommodate the window to go lower down into the door. Not so much the case with G-body doors. Of course, the glass won't go much further than where the contour of the door wraps around the wheel well.
