So for my AC set up I will be making my own hoses and the top brands appear to be Parker Futura and Goodyear Galaxy standard barrier hoses and I am wondering if anyone has any experience with either one, Vintage Air is the brand of most of my parts and they stock the Parker brand.
I can get either brand for about the same price per foot for each size also.

Parker made the bulk of the A/C hose setups in the mid-80s G-body runs. However, the Goodyear hose shouldn't be an issue either. I wasn't aware they were made in China. Last Parker hoses I had purchased said "Made in USA"

it's like making an hoses,go with which ever the fittings work with as they're pricey compared to the hose.i ran my hoses with the vintage air ez clip system. the hoses say eaton on them,it's all from the eaton line.i got in a jam and found a hydraulic shop near me that carries the same hose and fittings.they were very helpful, i needed a fitting that didn't exsist, they hand welded a fitting out of two fittings for me. just something to keep in mind

I ran my hoses with the vintage air ez clip system.
I considered those initially but then decided it would less expensive just buying the crimper since the beadlock fittings are only 25% of the cost of the EZ clip fittings plus they fit in better with the kind of look I am going for.
Plus I will have the crimper to make any other #6-#12 lines if ever needed in the future.

I just received some AC hose I ordered from Summit under the Four Seasons brand and it is actually Goodyear Galaxy AC hose made in the USA.
The same stuff I bought locally to test my crimper.

Goodyear has their headquarters and a factory literally 10 minutes away from Summit Racing in Akron. I imagine Summit sells a lot of Goodyear products and the shipping from Akron to Tallmadge has to be cheaper than shipping from China to Tallmadge.
