Another coat on the engine bay and she looks gorgeous 20190824_113501.jpg20190824_103012.jpg20190824_112757.jpg

Also shout out to Pharozen for hooking me up with a nice torque converter. I should be making some noise in less than a month, give or take. Thanks guys for helping me with my build. Because of you all and this forum, my goals are being met!

Looking good! Nice job on the engine bay. That motor will look really nice in there.

Cool, what stall did you get? Looks really good under the hood, get that 350 in. I plan to make some progress on getting the 260 out and the 350 in my 88 this weekend.

Well to break the motor in, I'm going with a 2200 stall. Not sure if it will be the best choice for me, but should behave well with my set up. At least that's what I've been told. My next if needed I think would be at the least a 2600, maybe 2800.

It should work fine, what cam are you running? My 2200 to 2500 stalls flashes at 2300 stall, worked nicely with the 3.42 gears.

I would think with that cam and those heads, you will be pushing the converter to the high end of it's stall. What is the compression ratio?
