Hit a pretty deep pot hole a couple of nights ago, and didn't have brakes this morning...

Figured air was in the lines so I attempted to bleed the brakes. When I made it to the drivers front side to bleed out the air, as my assistant was pushing the brake pedal, I noticed brake fluid shooting out on the passenger side...

Got up to check it out and this is what I see...

Squished the metal housing damn near flat...

Now...how can I repair this or do I need to replace this hose ?

If i need to replace the hose, how do I remove it and install it...never messed around with brake hoses/lines before.

Ok brake hose is installed not leaking, brakes bled and tight and I found the brackets tucked inside the inner side of the frame...

I will take pictures later, because now my external fuel pump isn't humming and my engine just died and not starting back up...

I'm in the driveway so no big, but I'm troubleshooting that at the moment...

This might be a good option. Just sayin...

In hindsight, the picture in post #16 looks like the bracket hanging down. It looks to be missing the bolt holding it to the frame.

You can get factory replacements for all those hard lines individually, and none of them are expensive; a Google search shows complete sets for less than $200. Nice people here are trying to help you and telling you that you need to constrain that hard line properly.... I say you need to shorten it up and use the bracket, or tear it out, replace, AND use the bracket.

Get the brakes right or you're the fool. Kludge brakes are dangerous to you and others. Who would drive with hack job brakes?
I haven't even uploaded pictures showing the clearance and people are already jumping to conclusions...lol...as long as the line isn't pinched again...who cares ?

Will you upload pictures?

Psssssssh yea right... If that is what you would do for a minor issue, you're a fool...
You can say what you want but Im looking at it a different way.
You bought/own a car with a lot of things that were put together poorly. You have a strong desire to learn to fix those things which is a good thing. You also say you have a tight budget. You are also working with a limited amount of tools. That being said, some things that are in need of repair might be slapped together and not really repaired to last. Honestly, I would say this to anyone in your position. Maybe cut it loose, get something thats more dependable and not worry about being under the car fixing stuff every weekend unless youre really enjoying doing it.
Ive been a car guy my whole life. My sons 32 and he has no interest in working on cars at all. Im actually glad.
