Can you find out who owns the house where the parties are being held? Is it a rental property?

As someone with experience managing rental properties, if I received a letter, (especially one with a lawyer's letterhead) that one of my tenants was throwing disruptive parties regularly at the property I owned, I'd be having words with said tenant.
That's what I was thinking I might be able to help them figure out... could've been a foreclosure, banks tend to hold those multiple years before listing these days... sometimes even leaving old owners in for a while

Well if the cars that would be parked in my yard they would have no fuel in them. And if my other neighbors were on my side and wanted free fuel I'd help them out with that.

Sounds like it'd be more productive for society if it happened when not empty.....

I love ruining other peoples' fun. This is a great problem to have. So many fun ways to handle it, the possibilities are literally endless.

Do you own a truck? If cars are parked in your yard (not the street on front of your yard) I'd hook a chain up and drag them out in the street.

Street is usually public domain, not much you can do about it. In your yard, that's another story.

Also, peeing in your yard? Call the police. Charges on that rack up quickly. Especially if a child witnessed it. Public intoxication, damage to property, public indecency, corruption of a minor, probably more.
Yea but they didn't care lol. Too many murders too worry about it.
Ck80 those are great ideas. I'm definitely gonna try 3 and 4 tomorrow.
I assumed they are "flipping" the house. Nobody lives there and they just throw parties. But I will look into ownership. It's really a decent area for being in the city. Mostly older folks like my neighbors who's drive they always block.
I'd say plant drugs and call the cops. But, that could have serious repercussions.

But, a few loose valve stem valves is pretty harmless messaging.
I'm not above petty dismemberment of their cars. I assume unplugging the coil packs and tucking the harness out of sight would cost them all a tow bill and an *ss chewing by the dad.

Were all on the same team on this one but I don't know what is actually legal to do to their cars on my property. Honestly I doubt the cops would care unless I was caught in the act though.

I really do sympathize with you as I've dealt with terrorist neighbors and lazy police who wouldn't intervene. A cease and desist letter won't accomplish anything directly but when they violate it, you can then take it to court and the police will have no choice but to intervene. That's what wound up happening in my case.

But it's miserable, I never felt more stuck in my life. One of those neighbors who I had a lot of trouble with spent some time in prison and after that I guess he had bigger things to deal with than harassing myself and the rest of the neighborhood.

Fight smart, not hard. The best tactic is to maim, not kill the enemy as it redirects resources and combat power to deal with the casualty. It is basically a 3 for 1 deal.

Plus, there is the damage done on the moral/psychological plane where the screaming of their wounded ally disorients and disheartens the enemy. Further eroding their will to fight.
