Below is why we think you are a waste of time...

I literally can't facepalm hard enough right now..🤦‍♂️

The guy said 8.8.. not 8.9, and it's totally different from the 9". Literally stuff you can Google and there's even links in this group here of how to put one in the Gbody.

I don't have any kids so that's why I'm not here spoon feeding you the simple stuff that's been beaten into the ground. That and at 34, yea you should know this stuff by now if you've been in the hobby.

I don't even care what you can respond to me with the above, you are here wasting people's time so I'm going to call it out until you leave. Call me a clown *ss, take a good look in the mirror..🤣
You said "we" ... are you "GBodyForum" ?

Speak for yourself buddy, not everybody here is a hater like you to be speaking for the whole site.

"If I've been in the hobby" but I haven't been in the hobby, not as much as I have been the last couple years... damn sure not as long as you to have all the godsend knowledge on G bodies that you have and all of them that you rebuilt more than I've seen 🥱🤣

Why don't I get this type of energy from the guys at Hotrodders, and I've been conversating and posting with them since December of 2021? I asked the same damn questions there that I do here..

You can lead a man to knowledge, but you can't make him think.

You live and you learn.
Too much time on your hands if you ask me.. don't you have a wife or kids or a job or more cars to build than I've seen to make up for your lost time?

You could have made that bulletin and left, but instead you try to persuade others for a good week or so before they started calling out your b*******, you couldn't gain any fan base or cheerleaders for your team, and you stopped logging in..that is how it really happened, be honest now.. 🤣

Clearly I didn't waste their time since I've been there.. everything that I just showed you and told you was because of them.. they're just more intelligent and have a better understanding of teaching then you and others here.

But like I said dude no matter how big your fan base gets here, I can give a f*** less about what you negative guys have to say if it's anything other than advice and help... you're only doing that so other members will read that b******* and it's an attempt to get them to join your team to hate on me.. what a f****** girl.

Good to know I have a fan base, for better or for worse, I guess...🤷🏾‍♂🤣🤦🏾‍♂🎯💯

My man, take your own advice and learn from your past here by taking it down a couple of notches. The Instagram speak and the paragraph responses of hate and insults just show how dull you are.

Would the '86 and up 350 have a roller cam setup ?

So 200r4 over 700r4... what made the 700 a minefield ?

That different designation with the 4L60, was it for better or worse from the 700 ?

Fox 8.9 ? The Ford 9" ?
Really, only the Vortec headed engines are the surefire way to get a OE roller cam setup. From what I remember, some of the 86-up engines are flat tappet, some are roller, but all have the bosses to use the factory spring steel spider for dog bones that lock the lifter orientation for roller setups.

The 700’s a minefield online because of places like Monster Transmission claiming their clutches and shift kit, well, kits, can make the 700 hold fantastical levels of power without any other changes. Fact remains that both the 700 AND 200 need beefier hard parts to reliably hold 400-500+ but most breakages in these units come from shock loadings at the strip- like launching a NA car. Turbo units that have a progressive ramping of power tend to hold up to more abuse.

The 4L60 is literally the same transmission as the late style of 700, defined by the casting mark on the right side of the case. Just a designation change, nothing more.

The Foxbody 8.8 is basically a Chevy 12 bolt (ford copied the design), and is close to G body width. It’s about an inch wider and that means you can run good, forged wheel adapters on the front, while having wheels with an extra inch or so of backspacing- like 5.5 inches vs the standard 4.5- while running the Ford wheel bolt pattern.

UC645 the 4L60E is an electronic version of the 700R4. Pretty much same mechanical internals just electronically controlled solenoids that move the fluid.

They can fail mechanically just like a 700 but also if you don't have the tune correctly on them you can kill one that way too. Nice extra bonus of electronics.
