Finally got the roof patch handled. I have a couple pinholes to weld up, and a little bit of massaging to do still, but I’m happy with the results. I have to finish of the passenger a pillar seem, then on to epoxy and filler. Then I’m going to paint the jamb and get the windshield installed. Not the best way to do it, but I’m extremely nervous with the new windshield sitting in my garage.
Wanted to finish the job on Sunday, but took my son out fishing. He was happy to have a hand in catching a nice striped bass.

Been a while since my last update. The 62 Vette is finally finished, and for sale. Found out on the internet, as the customer seems to have disappeared.
Started back on the metalwork on my car. Time to do a quality paint job on my own car. I was originally going to give this thing a quick job, but I want it to look as good as the vette, whether I keep it or not.

So I made some metal work progress, and uncovered another problem area. Have to make another patch for the roof, and a patch to cover the leaded seam. I’m going to do the same for the drivers side b pillar seam.
Some weird rust spots on this car. I guess when you get scratches and the car sits out unprotected since 95, you’re going to get them.
That last pic is of a Monte ss I saw on FB. It’s the basic look I’m going for. I’m undecided if I’m going to use the BMW blue from earlier in the thread, or the Jazz Blue I put on that vette. I have some time to decide though.
