What did you do to your g-body today 2025 Edition!

Little things here and there.
As usual bolt on parts don’t just bolt on.
The factory washer doesn’t clear the dust cap on the Wilwood hubs. A little trimming on the wash and that worked. Got the UMI tie bar in with the JTR upper coil over mounts. Fuel system 98% done. Waiting on two -8 straight ends to finish that. Tried a different route on the trim. I wasn’t happy with the finish on the DipYourCar HyperDip. The color was darker than expected, almost black looking. The finish itself was also quite rubbery, could’ve been my fault, just not what I was looking for. Tried some Dupli-Color Perfect Match in a Chrysler Charcoal Grey Metallic. Definitely liked how that turned out. Undecided whether I want to do a matte/satin finish or gloss on the trim.
Fittings should be here today. At which point all plumbing would be done and I can focus on interior and wiring.

Got the radio wired up, not fully installed yet, obviously.

45w x 4

Metra adapter harness kinda sucks. Source for better quality ones?

I replaced my cheaper Amazon hood struts on my Regal with some new Duralast hood struts, these definitely work better.

will those work on a cutlass?

Took my Malibu out for a drive. It was 21 degrees, and I have no heat, so it was cold. I saw a nice 74 Nova while I was out. It look to have turbos, the hood was off, it had exhaust exiting under the front bumper, and it sounded healthy. I couldn’t get a pic since I had thick gloves on. I have got to put heat back in the car when I swap the engine.
