I have not heard much about the UMI arms but I can say that the SPC a-arms are impressive. Only brand of front control arms i've found to be adjustable and heard tons of great reviews. give mark at SC&C a call and he will educate you more then you may want but he really is the man when it comes...

Im no expert but i'd imagine with the use of signals and any lights that there would be a very slight change in voltage. how much of a drop are you seeing?

Thanks agian to all of yall helping me out. Im happy to say that I am picking up the ls1 tonight and the process will begin. as far as the speedo goes, i belive im going to purcase the abbot cable-x. found one on ebay with warranty for 295. fingers crossed!

mine is actually the sa10 not 8 but yes, for such small subs they do provide just enough bass to make me happy (wish my 65 yr old father would let me put a sub in his MC or vette!) the new x series by sundown are sure to be a big hit, pun intended... im very impressed with them considering...

Thank you all for the replies! The speedo is the big thing i cant decide on but that mod may be just what im looking for.. still wondering if i can get a aftermarket vss driven speedo and swap it in place of the oem one without destroying the original parts.
