look for 3m window weld,for the bolt in glass i go with the roll that's a ribbon form not in the chalking tube.thats just me I make a mess with it.dont go to big on the diameter either.i usually have the heat gun on hand to make it much more pliable when reinstalling the glass.
Jack's on the rite track with the striker position might need some attention.
roll the window down and close the door see if the amount of resistance changes.a lot of times with these frameless window designs a missadjusted window will push back on you and it can feel like a door fitment.
having the option to dial in the ride height with a set up like Shawn's is pretty sweet.i'm running a 1" UMI spring MINUS the upper urethane isolator(that's roughly 3/8")on a 255/45/18 wheel/tire combo.
bolt depot.com has that style hardware for less than $5 a piece. It all depends on how much of a stickler you are for the exact o.e replacement,ie-the finish etc
