15213110's latest supersession number is 20759945, which is the suggested part number from earlier. Apparently they dropped the 15213110 in October of 2007 and replaced it with 25854536, which got replaced to 20759945 in November 2009.

If your junkyard has any of the above mentioned numbers, you're good to go. At least for a while. Can't tell just by looking at them if they'll work or not.

Either way, you're going to have to get it reprogrammed to your vehicle. It sucks, but it is what it is.
Thanks I was hoping it was the same as the part number you linked. Im gonna go with the ac delco part on rock auto for 77$. I found it locally for 140$ but he said he can wait a few more days and ride his motorcycle.
Yeah, and unless you have a hookup, plan on paying at least $150 to have it programmed...
Yea I got the tow for 50$ but no hookup on certified gm mechanics unfortunately. Id be ok with 150$ honestly just for it to be over. He talked me into opening the module. Heres what it looked like.

Definitely corroded bad in the corners.
I feel you are spot on with your interweb diagnosis. I truly appreciate it. Ill post the results of the replacement/reprogramming.

Had same problem with my brothers 09
Bought the Dorman one that did not need to be programmed still didn't work returned it went with the AC Delco one that needed to be programmed had a shop program it for about 100 bucks and it was all good till the fuel pressure sensor was giving a code replaced the sensor on the fuel line on the frame rail under drivers door
