I found some rims for the back of my car they are 15x10, 5 by 4 3/4, and a 3 3/4 in back space. I know the rims will mount but with tires will i have fender rubbing issues or will they even work. If not i will have to go with 15x8 all the way around. Also i will be putting new springs all the way around and i have air shocks in the back thanks for any help.

Depends on the size of tire you run, but im pretty sure those 15X10s will cause problems without lifting the back up.

I am running a almost 12"wide tire on a 8.5 rear end on a rim with 3-3/4 backspacing. And, I still need to run another 3/4" of spacer to avoid rub...

The 7.5 rearend is wider, so you might be able to pull it off...

In either case, it won't be comfortable...

I tried to put some on my cutty. I dont know the exact offset but they would only rub on bumps or if i had people in the back. I didnt go through with them for that reason though.

Unless you're using a non-G-body rear, you might want to double check that...

Stock G-body 7.5" & 8.5" axles are the same width.

Cutty below has 15x10 with a stock width 68 12 bolt rear. The rims are 6.5 offset so if you use a Gbody width rear go 5.5 offset.

It has to be perfect for the 30x9 to fit, used slim spacers to get it just right. Also rolled the lip, slick just toughed.

I switched to drag RADIALS , they don't move around causing a rub like a bias slick does/did.

May be able to get away without rolling the lip now.

 hey blake, I thought the 7.5s were 1"wider on each side than the 8.5s
and the 12bolts from A-bodies were 2" wider on each side...

am I way off?

Nope, just an inch... :p

The G-body rears are the same width.
You could be getting it mixed up with the fact that since the ring gear is larger on an 8.5, it moves the pinion and everthing else 1" forward, making the driveshaft 1" shorter...
