Hi All,

I'm looking for the best weather stripping option for my doors? also looking for door hinge shims and lastly a replacement (blue) door pull strap PM me if you have any of these

if you don't need new you can get the door shims at just about any wrecking yard, the shims are used on many different GM cars of the G body years. For the door pull handle blue is the hardest interior colour to find and Grand Prix are not as plentiful as other G bodies so you should check to see if those door handles were used in other GM cars. For the weather stripping try these guys, I have bought T top weatherstripping from them that were the Metro Supersoft brand

A lot of the guys on here like Metro Molded Rubber on the reproduction weatherstripping. I have not replaced mine. NOS GM would be best but the price is outrageous. I think that's what Mike's Montes sells. You might contact Mike. He is a sponsor of this forum and by all accounts is a good knowledgeable guy.

NOS reproductions doesn't do weather stripping anymore but Mikes montes seems to have good price on the door pull strap and weather stripping, and shipping is quite cheep. thanks for the info guys

When I said NOS, I meant New Old Stock Genuine GM. They are out there but I think they go for like $600 for a pair. :eek:
