Good to hear you're making progress on the car. If Snap-On didn't offer payments I don't know if they'd ever sell some of their stuff! Lol. $20K tool boxes. What the hell? I couldn't bring myself to pay some of their prices. I will say they have some nice stuff though. You probably won't ever wear that box out. Did they include delivery?

You are very right about that lol. But so far I love it. The payments make it seem so easy, thats how they lure you in lol. And the snap on truck was at the shop at work and he drove the 10 miles from there to my shop at home to deliver it for me. So I kinda lucked out on it.

Great update. Let's see some pics of that toolbox!

I managed to break a few things in the last couple days on the car and I am very frustrated with that lol.. Normally this car doesn't get to me like that but it seems like now every possible thing. lol. Also heres a picture of my new baby.. And you can kind of use my car as a reference to its size. The picture does not do it justice whatsoever, its huge!

So they did include delivery. That's good. That is a nice looking tool box and big too. I think if I were going to buy one of those bigger type boxes I'd get a Milwaukee. I'm a big Milwaukee fan though and they just came out with tool boxes a year or two ago. They're not too bad expensive compared to Snap-On. Lol. I'm really jealous of your lift!!!

The Milwaukee, husky, craftsman, harborfrieght boxes are usually ok for a guy at home that uses rearly. The snapon-Matco boxes are so much better, bigger and deeper. A lot of guys don't realize the difference how deep the drawers are. There also both made in the USA and will last a life time and then some. I'm a Matco dealer so I'm jealous. Lol. Not it's not my loss sale but I've had customers with boxes there dad bought in the 70s with issues and Matco took care of it.

Being a tool and die guy I had to have a Kennedy set up. Later I added a roller bearing Harbor Fright box and I've been impressed. If I had to do it over again I would save $2500 and go Harbor Fright all the way and put Kennedy or Strap On badges on it.

I'm jealous of the whole thing! Huge space! Huge tool box! A lift! Looks like paradise.

A bigger tool box is like having a bigger garage, a bigger storage shed, a bigger house, bigger closets, etc. Give it some time and it will be full. Your Snapon dealer is counting on it and he'll be ready to sell you top box, side cabinets, or upgrade. 🙂 Or I should say this is always what seems to happen to me lol.

Nice box and nice shop. And you're 100% spot on, that box will be around for 40+ years of service.
