Hey guys been makin some moves. Got new brake lines in, manual master, etc. Bleeding them Friday. Starting to direct my attention to a dash. Was looking into a universal aluminum kit or a fiberglass dash from vfn. Kind looking more towards the aluminum since it's cheaper and probably easier to mount. I'd like some feedback and some ideas. Pics if you have them. Ramping this bad boy up getting it ready by end of March I hope. Got a cam to install along with springs. Also put a stall convertor in weekend before last. Yalls help will be greatly appreciated.

Here's some pics of my stock dash that I tweaked a little. Used some carbon wrap and an aluminum panel in place of the factory cluster. I have thought about the vfn dash and, from what I hear, they make a great product but haven't pulled the trigger on that yet. I may do that when I put a cage in because I want to run the bars down behind the dash for a cleaner tighter fitting cage...anyhow pics for ideas

Alright I've been busy the last few weeks. Got the rollcage finished up and painted, new cam/springs installed and running again, new radiator, new custom length plug wires. Got brakes again, going to rebleed them one more time to ease my mind. Lots of other in between small stuff. I'm going to order a few things this week I need and she will be that much closer to track ready. Shooting for first week of April to hit up a tnt at a local track. So fingers crossed for me.

Well been busy working during the weekdays and busting *ss on the car for the last 2 weekends on this new dash and rewiring pretty much everything. Got it pretty much wrapped up minus mounting the pcm and splicing in my shift light. Gonna button it up Friday and install the arb, line lock this weekend. Was hoping to be track ready for this Friday but going to have to push it back hopefully just one more week. But anyway, scott rod dash is awesome. Didnt turn out exactly how I wanted I rushed a bit but its not terrible. If my cage was a custom install instead of a cookie cutter cage off the internet it would have fit even better but it will serve its purpose. Moved all my switches too the trans tunnel. Looks pretty cool and way better than the rats nest it used to be lol. Also made a new relay panel, added a ground terminal buss. Welded brackets to the dash bar for it to hang from as well.
