200R4 Am I going in the Right Direction?

the carb is perfect then. some older q-jets and all other carbs don't have the right throttle geometry and the TV is never quite right.
first i'd do the adjustment by the book and see what happens.

I just read that article and I'm not sure if I missed something but it says to push the little tab and slide the cable as far back (towards the firewall) as it will go then floor the car and it will adjust. Which all makes sense and is actually the way its set now. They said in the article that if you still aren't happy with it you can hook up a pressure gauge, has anyone done that before?

when you floor the car do it manually with the throttle shaft on the carb itself

OK, Ive always done it with the Pedal in the car. Ill try it tomorrow.
