Thanks Ken. It was a pleasure to meet everyone. Everyone was classy folk. It's awesome to make new friends at 42 years old and I owe it to this forum.Jared deserves a special shout out for being our chase/rescue vehicle for the cruise. No one broke down, but f we had, I'm sure whatever we needed was in the back of his truck. (Which was a slick machine on its own.) It was nice to see that GMC security blanket in the rear view mirror!
Thanks for helping Danny. I'm not sure he would have made it without your help. I hope to meet you next time.I am sorry I didn't get to go or meet up with you guys. I over-booked or scheduled my weekend. I did manage to help get HAFROD's thrash a little closer to operational.
I will make sure I have everything cleared out for the next one.
The 58 Impalla from American Graffiti is one of my all time favorites. I've never seen a Yeoman wagon, not even a picture, but my gut says I would like it.Thank you all for taking pics of the event to show what we missed. You all look like one happy group. Wish I was there.
Btw, I dig the body style of that old Nash police car.
Jared, I also like '58 Chevys. I recall back in the day they were considered the red headed step child of Chevys. The body style was pretty unique. In fact, one of my all time favorite cars is a '58 Chevy 2-dr Yeoman wagon....I'd love to own one of those bad boys. Perhaps in another life.
