He means if the tires weren't raised white letters then looks wouldn't matter, performance would.Huh? Just put the RWL to the inside; they're not directional.

Only if it was still 1982 it would of been OK.I don't think you can use 215/70R14 tires and performance in the same sentence.
I believe that, 215/75R14 tires rubbed on the inner fender liner on my 88 Cutlass Supreme Classic. Also 245/60R14 rubbed at full turn on that G body. I had BFG radial T/A's on my 88, P235/60R14 and 245/60R14 on the back with factory 14" x 6" aluminum rims, fit fine. I sure could spin them hard with my 403. I currently have 205/70R14 front and 225/70R14 BFG T/A tires on my 70S with 88's factory aluminum rims, they look awesome in my book. BFG's are much easier to get around here.225/70/14's rub???
What did you do with your suspension?

Say what? I need some new skins and you're saying that BF Goodrich isn't making them anymore?Another reason I went with the Cooper's is BF Goodrich doesn't make the tires anymore!!!
